We had a great time during our city break at this hotel. The rooms were much bigger than we expected, with a kitchenette, walk-in closet, and a balcony. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, and the AC unit by the couch ensured a quiet and comfortable sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the subway and some amazing restaurants. The fact that they had a touristic booth right in the hotel made it convenient to book tours and explore the city.
One of the downsides was the unreliable Wi-Fi. It hardly worked in our room, which was quite frustrating.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The room was surprisingly spacious and modern, with a nice kitchenette and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided were more than sufficient. The location was convenient, close to subways and great restaurants. my stay here was very enjoyable.
Breakfast could be improved with higher quality options like bacon and natural juices.

We love the central location of the hotel, making it easy to walk to Santiago's main attractions. It's in the San Pablo district, which is a short walk from the main tourist sites. Plus, there are general markets nearby for convenience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service was friendly, and the staff was always helpful. The breakfast options were decent, and there was free Wi-Fi available.
The coffee served at the hotel wasn't up to par.
